One-time account setup fee¹ ($300.00) includes:

• Establish load keys for text and photo ftp
• File logo
• File boilerplate
• Set up 121five email link for public feedback and contact (e.g., CompanyName@121five.com)
• Company entry in 121five directory (link to client home page)
• establish "Features" library in company location on 121five.com
• Establish "News" archive for company items

Note 1: All Feature and News items will be retained n searchable archives for a minimum of one year from date of posting. After one year, materials may be redacted (or retained), compressed, or otherwise reduced in size, at publisher's discretion.
Note 2: Changes to “boilerplate” or “contact information” may generate an administrative charge of up to $100.

Contributor's Subscription Parameters:
Text insertion (Note that this is headline and text body only; logo, contact, contributor's URL, and on-file boilerplate are all included in "header" and do not impact contracted input size. Over-posting of text characters is permitted and will be rounded up to the next 100 characters for billing). Illustrations are important: please insert on thumbnail (linked to hi-res, if desired) photo per item or per 2000 characters, whichever is greater.

Contributor's Obligations
Contributor's must contribute at least one "feature" (content piece) per year,or per each 30,000 characters contracted, whichever is more frequent. These features are intended to be high-value-added pieces for the use of the general readers of 121five.com. Features attract and hold readership, and so should be informative and useful to the contributor's target demographic, to drive traffic to 121five. Though the ultimate purpose may be to enhance the image of the contributors, these features are not merely additional venues in which to display marketing work. The publisher reserves the right to edit, prohibit or remove unsatisfactory material, at the publisher's sole discretion.

Contributors must establish a live link to http://www.121five.com on their website, on the home page or (if available) the “news” page. A small “121five.com” graphic, displayed as a banner ad, is also acceptable, and will be furnished on request.

Contributors must fill out all required fields when submitting items, photos, or features.

Contributors are responsible for all content they post, regarding copyright or any other item that may arise from their posting any material without limit. Contributors fully indemnify the Publisher against any tort or other action arising from the publication or possession of Contributor's material or postings.

All billing will be performed electronically, unless specifically requested otherwise. All contracts will automatically renew at the end of the contract period³, unless client gives notice (in writing or by email, confirmation required) not later than one week before renewal date.
