Booth 331 - EAA AirVenture Oshkosh 2012 - For the second consecutive year, Price Induction presents its DGEN turbofan
From July 23rd to July 29th, Price Induction is exhibiting the DGEN 380 turbofan at EAA AirVenture 2012 international show in Oshkosh, WI. This is the second time this engine is to be displayed at an airshow outside Europe. Price Induction remains committed to the American market, the largest general aviation market in the world.
The DGEN program was started ten years ago to revolutionize the world of general aviation with the first high bypass ratio turbofan optimized for private pilots’ flight domain and budget.
The objective of the DGEN program is to develop a family of two spool unmixed flow turbofan jet engines, namely DGEN 380 and DGEN 390, intended for twin engine, 2-6 seats airplanes with a max weight ranging between 3,400 lbs. – 5,600 lbs.
DGEN jet engines are optimized for a cruise altitude ranging from 15,000 to 20,000 ft. and Mach 0.35 with a flight ceiling at 25,000 ft.
